These terms apply when you engage Vednexaai for a website, AI agent, chatbot, automation, or any other service listed on this site. By starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.
Scope and pricing
Pricing depends on your business needs, features, and project size. We share a clear scope and price after understanding your requirement, before any work begins. Changes to scope after work has started may affect timeline and price. We'll always tell you before that happens, not after.
Timelines
We give realistic timelines based on the project's complexity. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or changed requirements on your side may extend the original timeline.
Support after launch
We stay available for support, fixes, and small adjustments after a project is delivered. The exact support period is agreed per project, and ongoing work beyond that is billed separately.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final website, designs, and content we build for you. Any third-party tools, licenses, or platforms used (hosting, plugins, APIs) remain subject to their own terms.
What we're not responsible for
We build and test everything carefully, but we can't be responsible for issues caused by third-party services going down, changes to platforms we don't control, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
